We first carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant seems suitable we then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with references do we accept them onto our database.
Yes, once we allocate a cleaner, they will call and arrange an interview at your convenience. Once you are satisfied with your cleaner, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time.

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own materials as the majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes, and of course this keeps the costs down. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.

Yes. Public liability insurance of at least £1,000,000 is in place, subject to our terms of business. The policy is indemnity cover, not new for old. Claims remain subject to liability being established and to the terms, conditions, exclusions and excesses of the policy. There is a £100 excess per claim. Where appropriate, customers should approach their household insurer first, as set out in our terms of business.
